THERAPEUTIC FLOW

​

These classes are a mix of gentle Therapeutic yoga movements and classical Hatha yoga poses with a focus on moving without compensation. You will learn how to move your body, improve your range of motion and build strength without pain and compensation. Classes are small so individual attention is offered. Accommodations are offered for students with movement challenges. You may see each person in the class doing something different. I teach Yoga with a focus on experiencing ease within the effort while also building strength. Modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible to everyone.

Monday 7:30-8:30 pm  6 week pre-registered session begins Monday, April 14th, 2025 to Monday,  May 26th, 2025. No class Victoria Day May 19th. Session is $140 paid by e-transfer to brendamberube@gmail.com

Thursday 7:30-8:30 pm 7 week pre-registered session begins Thursday, April 17th, 2025 to Thursday, May  29th, 2025. This 7 week session is $160 paid by e-transfer brendamberube@gmail.com

Both of these classes are available for all levels of yoga students! In person classes will also include access to the online classes, so if you have to miss any in person classes you can make it up with an online class at home!

YOGA FOR CANCER SURVIVORS - Yoga Thrive​

Tuesday 6:30-7:30 pm - New 7 week session begins Tuesday, April 15th to Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, registration is accepted throughout the 7 weeks. This class is held in High River.

 

Thursday 6:00-7:00 pm -  New 7 week session begins Thursday,April 17th, 2025 to Thursday, May 29th, 2025, registration accepted throughout the 7 weeks. This class is held in Okotoks.​

This class is a group of Cancer Survivors who practice together weekly. The class is designed to serve the student's individual needs. No previous yoga experience is needed, you begin exactly where you are at. This is a class that combines gentle Therapeutic movement and Classical Hatha Yoga poses with meditation to help release stress and increase mobility! You can begin anytime in these 7 weeks. These classes are sponsored by the High River Health Foundation contact me for registration information.
